Job Title: Paid Ads Consultant / Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and has a proven track record in driving ROI for e-commerce or D2C businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, CPC, and other key KPIs.
- Create ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies in collaboration with design/content teams.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in exports, IT & digital solutions, or product sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-driven mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Knowledge of export documentation and international trade processes is a plus.
