THE BACK STORY
Drew Shoe was introduced to us by Znode, Drew primarily sells via an online dealer portal and also has an individual direct B2C portal for all brands.
When we first met with the business, we discovered that all order processing from Znode to ERP was manual. No back-end system was integrated with the Commerce platform, and price management for dealers was all manual. All operations order transfer, price, and inventory in all portals were performed manually.
The big key success criteria was clear to us in the first meeting “Gain Operational Efficiency”. Off-course a lot of other areas of improvement were expected with the implementation of Znode 9.
